Metal singing bowls are placed on the body and gently struck repeatedly to send vibration into the body. The rhythmic repetition of the strikes with the subtle sound and vibration induces relaxation, shakes up stagnant energy, and helps to release toxins. The individual receiving VST lays on a massage table clothed with shoes off. Accommodations can be made for accessibility needs. Sliding scale payment available. Currently sessions are done in the clients’ homes or other provided spaces.
